The Martin City Business & Community Association (MCBCA) is gearing up for their 3rd annual Whiskey Run 5k race and 28th annual St. Patrick’s Parade – only two weeks away! Sunday March 15, 2015.

Why not kick off St. Patrick’s weekend by running in the MCBCA’s Whiskey Run 5K race? The race will be held first thing in the morning at 8:30 a.m., Sunday, March 15th, before the Irishpalooza St. Patrick’s Parade in Martin City, and already has over 250 people registered!

The 5K will be chip-timed, and you can register as an individual or as part of a team of 4 or more for a discount. The 5K will be followed by a fun run of 50-200 yards for kids ages 8 and under. All participants will get a race t-shirt, a glass mug and a FREE post-race brunch at RC’s Restaurant. Spectators are also encouraged to join the runners at RC’s for a specially priced breakfast buffet. The top male and female winners will have an opportunity to ride in the Martin City St. Patrick’s Parade following the race!
