MC CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more, and when you sign up in January, you get FOUR Fundamentals sessions ($150 value) for FREE! Fundamentals sessions are one-on-one sessions designed to break down the programming and movements and help you work your way into group classes.
New to Crossfit? The program is for every fitness level, and every able-bodied or disabled individual. It’s a common misconception that you must be in good physical shape to join a CrossFit class but this is NOT true. A CrossFit workout can be adapted to meet any fitness level and ability. The coaching staff at MC Crossfit is trained to help anyone adapt the workout to meet their skill or ability.
