Mac-N-Seitz is a first-class baseball and softball training facility off Holmes Road in Martin City. Founded by former KC Royals players Kevin Seitzer and Mike MacFarlane, the 47,000 square foot facility has a full size, indoor, major league infield with professional field turf, four pitching mounds, four coin-operated batting cages, four long tunnel hitting cages…slow, medium, fast, and very fast with slow pitch softball in the slow cage, 22 training areas available by reservation, and a performance training center.
In 2016, Mac-N-Seitz partnered with the Midwest BlackSox Baseball Club, an organization that helps local youth prepare for college and professional baseball. The Mac-N-Seitz Blacksox programs give players a platform to showcase their abilities in front of the top schools across the Midwest.
Mac-n-Seitz baseball and softball instructors are former professional players and top-tier collegiate athletes who teach the same fundamentals and techniques used in the major leagues.
