As a workplace leader, Fish determines the day-to-day physical work environment for current and future employees. He makes sure the flags are raised, the grass is mowed, and the lights are on.

Coming in every day to work around employees who take pride in their work pushes me to do better. And to top it off, we’re in Martin City where all the food is great and the people are friendly!”
