Rosehill Gardens’ Outdoor Event Space

Rosehill Gardens’ outdoor event space is open seven days a week and is available for rent each day until midnight. It seats up to 200 people in rows of chairs, or 126 people if tables and chairs are set up. A 40×60-foot tent can fit over the seating area if desired.
Chairs, tables, tents, and port-a-potties are provided through a rental company at the renter’s expense. The event space is not wired for sound but is wired for electricity so a PA system can also be rented and used if needed. Any caterer is allowed but alcohol must be purchased and served on-premise by a company with a liquor license in the state of Missouri. Individuals are NOT allowed to provide alcohol for events.
Event space prices start at $3,500 for weekends and $2,500 for weeknights. Discounts are available for daytime and corporate events. Price includes event space, insurance, and parking. Farm-Direct Garden Center Store
The Garden Center store is a great place to find unique home accents, garden art, patio furniture, and plants homegrown at Rosehill’s farms. Browse through an outdoor courtyard full of annuals, statuary, and fountains or select from an expansive inventory of boxwood, yews, low-growing evergreens, shrubs, perennials, and ground covers. They change their look seasonally to provide customers with fresh inspiration for their own yards and home interiors.

Rosehill Farms
Rosehill has three farms. The office is located at the Belton, Missouri farm, and additional growing farms are in Freeman, Missouri, and Paola Kansas. The farms cover approximately 1000 total acres of land. Rosehill Farms works with commercial landscape companies, developers, home builders, contractors, and municipalities, and they also supply the plants and trees for their own maintenance and landscape divisions.
Rosehill’s holding lot contains over 5,000 trees and most of the plants sold at Rosehill’s Garden Center store come directly from Rosehill Farms. They grow and sell caliper trees from 1 1/2″ to 8″ tall and they specialize in large caliper trees- some weighing up to 8,000 lbs!
