50 years already? It seems like just yesterday when our beloved neighborhood landmark opened its doors at 135th Street and Holmes Road. Since then, Jack Stack Barbecue has evolved into a barbecue powerhouse with multiple locations and fans all over the world. Just a few years ago, the Martin City location underwent a major redesign and remodel, including a classy new bar, revamped dining area flow, and a revolutionized take-out operation. Now, the Martin City Jack Stack is smokin’ like never before.

We remember when Taylor Dorman, Vice President of Operations, was the manager of Martin City’s Jack Stack location. We snapped his photo in a booth next to a framed photo of his parents and Jack Stack owners, Jennifer & Case Dorman.
