Don Fish is the Facilities Manager at Fishtech Group in Martin City. He oversees the maintenance of their gorgeous KC campus, which includes three office buildings, a 40,000+ square foot Innovation Park that has a Par 3 golf hole, a fitness trail, and a basketball court, and a custom car collection.
Founded in 2015, Fishtech Group is a data-driven cybersecurity services provider that offers consulting, technology resale, and technology lab services to organizations around the world. As a workplace leader, Fish determines the day-to-day physical work environment for current and future employees. He makes sure the flags are raised, the grass is mowed, and the lights are on.
“I also enjoy scheduling and managing projects and tasks from start to finish,” Fish adds. “I find the end result rewarding. Coming in every day to work around employees who take pride in their work pushes me to do better. And to top it off, we’re in Martin City where all the food is great and the people are friendly!”
