Work Along 135th Street
Have you seen the construction of curbs along the south side of 135th Street? The construction work is starting to take real form above ground! The City’s contractor is working diligently along the north side of 135th Street to construct curbs as well. In July, the schedule shows the temporary driving surface will be put down on the north side by mid-July and construction of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks will continue along 135th Street.
Please remember to drive 25 mph in the construction zones
and pay attention to your surroundings!
Pot Holes
The Martin City CID tries very hard to keep everyone updated on construction activities related to the public improvement project. Should you observe a pot hole or other challenging road conditions needing to be repaired, separate from the work being done along 135th Street, please submit those requests to the City of Kansas City, Missouri’s 311 Action Center.
