For parents of Kindergarten students, the first day of school can be exciting – and cause anxiety at the same time! Martin City K-8 School invites parents of Kindergarten students to join them for Kindergarten Corral on August 14th from 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm to meet the teachers, drop off school supplies, learn about the kindergarten program, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
For 6th-9th grade students, August 15th is “Transition Day” where students attend a half day to meet the school staff, receive an overview of their classes, and take a tour of their new middle or high school surroundings.
